  23. I agree to feature the ZCOMM files (ZCOMMEXE.ARC, ZCOMMDOC.ARC,
  24. ZCOMMHLP.ARC) for downloading, and to announce the availability and
  25. features of ZCOMM in any bulletins, help displays, or other displays that
  26. mention communications programs.  It is my responsibility to maintain
  27. reasonably current versions of the ZCOMM files on the BBS shown above.

  29. I understand that I am welcome to use DSZ on my bulletin board(s)
  30. from the time I sign and mail this document as long as I abide by the
  31. conditions above, including featuring the above mentioned ZCOMM files.

  33. I shall distribute DSZ.COM only as part of the DSZ.ARC EXACTLY as provided
  34. by Omen Technology Inc, or "zipped" without any file additions, deletions,
  35. or modifications.  If I distribute DSZEXE.ZOO, I shall also maintain DSZ.ARC
  36. in the same directory since DSZEXE.ZOO references files in DSZ.ARC.

  38. If I see a modified DSZ archive or parts thereof in a file or collection
  39. of files (e.g., archive) on a bulletin board, I shall replace such files
  40. or archive members with the contents of DSZ.ARC exactly as provided by
  41. Omen Technology Inc.  I shall report instances of noncompliance to Omen
  42. Technology.

  44. I shall not allow any version of dsz to be sold, modified, patched, hacked,
  45. disassembled, decompiled, or otherwise reverse engineered without the prior
  46. written permission of Omen Technology Inc.
  47.  
  48. I understand that DSZ is not and never has been Copy Protected.  I fully
  49. understand that "DSZ unprotect" files have no function whatsover except to
  50. aid and encourage the theft of Omen Technology's Intellectual Property.

  52. If I see any program or information intended to defraud Omen Technology by
  53. compromising DSZ's registration procedures, I shall diligently attempt to
  54. identify the author or uploader of such materials, report this information
  55. to Omen Technology, and cause such materials to be removed.  I fully
  56. understand that DSZ is not copy protected in any way.  I also understand
  57. that distributing any "DSZ unprotect" material is a conspiracy that
  58. financially damages DSZ's author.
